1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, Andy LV grants you a limited, personal,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use
an unmodified compiled release of WebSave 0.1 solely for your own
non-commercial evaluation and beta testing.

2. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

- copy or redistribute WebSave, except for one personal backup copy;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense, host, or otherwise make WebSave available to
  another person;
- modify WebSave or create derivative works from it;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive its
  source code;
- use WebSave to provide a commercial service or for another commercial
  purpose;
- remove or alter copyright, license, trademark, or attribution notices; or
- bypass technical restrictions or access controls in WebSave.

3. Ownership and Reserved Rights

WebSave is licensed, not sold. Andy LV retains all right, title, and interest
in WebSave and reserves every right not expressly granted by this license. No
source-code license is granted.

4. Third-Party Components

WebSave includes third-party components governed by their own licenses. Those
components and their notices are identified in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. This
license does not limit rights granted by those third-party licenses.

5. Beta Software and Disclaimer

WebSave 0.1 is pre-release software provided for evaluation. To the maximum
extent permitted by applicable law, WebSave is provided "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE," without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express,
implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andy LV will not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages,
or for loss of data, profits, business, or goodwill, arising from or related
to WebSave or this license.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. When it
terminates, you must stop using WebSave and delete copies in your possession,
except where applicable law requires otherwise.
